RM Recruit are working with a large Housing Association to recruit an Interim Service Charge Manager for their team. This will be a remote role with occasional travel to their Midlands HQ and will have an initial duration of 3 months.
Your remit will include, but not be limited to:
* Overseeing the day to day activities of the service charge team, managing team performance to ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
* Involvement in a wholesale project to redefine the end to end service charge process
* Cost rebasing activities focusing on a number of housing schemes
* Cross-departmental communications regarding service charge concerns
This role will be ideal for any accounting professionals who have a deep understanding of service charge accounting and are confident of operating in large Housing Association environments.
You will possess proven leadership and management experience, gained within a customer focused environment, and have experience of implementing new technologies to innovate service delivery and implement solutions that meet a range of customer needs.
