Team Administrator - Professional Association / Membership Organisation - Central London SW1 / Hybrid Working - £30k + benefits
We’re on the hunt for a confident and highly organised Team Administrator, with excellent communication and relationship building skills, strong note taking capabilities and a diligent nature,to join a successful professional association in Central London.

Based near Victoria, this role requires good administration and organisational skills together with a highly organised yet flexible approach.
Key responsibilities as the Team Administrator will include:
* General team administration for a range of teams and working groups
* Organising meetings, note taking, preparing papers and collating documentation
* Processing invoices and recording expenditure
* Assisting with projects
* Maintaining files and documentation and updating databases
* Supporting compliance of policies and procedures
* Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external enquiries
* Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar team administrator role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with experience of communicating at all levels and engaging with stakeholders
* Highly organised with experience arranging meetings and schedules
* Good note taking or minute taking skills
* Experience dealing with members and/or volunteers is advantageous
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Logical thinker with proactive problem solving skills
* Ability to provide a high level of customer service at all times
* IT literate (MS Office including Word and PowerPoint is essential)
* Good academics
