My client is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join their expanding team in Thame, Oxfordshire. Working on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Key tasks
You will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Driving sales and renewals via outbound calls and emails.
- Providing first class service to existing and new customers.
- Maintaining customer relationships and keeping product knowledge updated.
- Assisting regional managers with bookings/meetings.
- Deal with first stage complaints to ensure they are escalated to the correct colleague.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will be driven and passionate about sales, with an ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and varied role. At least one year of customer service experience is desirable, but it is essential that you have a friendly and proactive attitude and you are confident and professional when speaking to customers. You will also have:
- Outstanding telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Problem solving skills
- Friendly and professional manner
- Experience in sales/renewals or a contact centre will be advantageous but not essential
