A Wealth Management Firm in the city is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to join them focusing on their Operational Risk Framework, reporting into the CRO. The role is hybrid with a 2 day in the office policy.
The Responsibilities of the role include:
* To assist in the continuous development and embedding of the Risk Management Framework across the Group.
* To lead in the day-to-day operation of the Group’s risk management processes.
* To actively engage with the business with regard to risk related matters.
* To be a first point of contact for the business with risk enquiries.
* To develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.
* Preparing and delivering risk management workshops with the business in order to implement the risk management framework.
* The completion of the Key Risk Assessment and Appetite statements.
* The development and production of top-down key risk assessments and scenario analysis.
* Assist in the production of the Group’s Internal Capital and Risk Assessment (ICARA)
