Job Description:
Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work in their busy traffic/transport office based in Nursling.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is a customer facing, hands on focused individual with strong administration skills.
Key responsibilities:
* Analysing statistics or other data to determine the department are on track with resolving customer invoicing and supplier payments
* Dealing with complaints, investigating and solving customer problems
* Assisting with Driver payroll
* Responding to all queries from customers & suppliers
Personal requirements:
* Previous accounts/customer service/admin experience is a must
* Excellent written skills
* Works well under pressure
* Team Player
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours flexible between 0700-1800
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
