Credit Control Supervisor - £40,000 / £45,000 (+Bonus) - Slough - Hybrid working

About the Job
In this role, you will support the Head of Billing and Credit Control by leading a medium-sized team to maximise cash collections and minimise financial risk.
Duties will include
* Managing and optimising the team’s performance
* Conducting performance reviews, coaching, and providing feedback for professional growth
* Minimising risk through effective collection and debt management
* Analysing customer accounts for legal action suitability and managing the legal process
* Coordinating with branches on legal cases and providing collection activity reports
* Addressing escalated credit control issues and liaising with clients
* Assisting with process improvements and preparing reports for management
About the Successful Applicant
* Experience in management of litigation cases, and insolvency case management and able to demonstrate a background of working on cases involving receivership.
* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
* At least 4 years of experience working in credit control
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Intermediate Excel skills
* A full driving licence
* Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
