Position: Setting Out Engineer
Location: Projects Across North West England
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum

Agility Resourcing is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious groundworks contractor, a leading name in road construction, external works, and drainage projects. We are seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join their dynamic team in Preston on a permanent basis, with projects spanning across the North West of England.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting precise setting out and surveying duties on a variety of construction sites across the North West.
* Ensuring all work adheres to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
* Liaising with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate work activities and resolve any issues.
* Preparing detailed site documentation and reports.
* Utilizing modern surveying equipment and software.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Setting Out Engineer, preferably in groundworks and road construction projects.
* Valid CSCS card.
* SMSTS and First Aid certifications are advantageous but not essential.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
