Position: IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Rendall & Rittner Manchester Office – 340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.
Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Fixed Term (3 months)

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As an IT Service Desk Analyst at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
* provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and in person
* log incidents/requests that are issued to the service desk
* provide IT hardware support for Rendall & Rittner
* provide IT systems and software support
* have previous experience of setup, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/notebook hardware and software.
* have knowledge of The Information Technology Infrastructure Library
* have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related systems
* coach, mentor and support end users in the working or Rendall and Rittner systems
* proactively manage updates to all parties through to complete resolution.
