Morgan McKinley is working with a company based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex who is looking for someone to join their growing Healthcare Finance Data Op’s team. This is a varied operations support role, assisting with invoicing, processing payments, data management and scheduling coordination for the Healthcare professionals.

Salary: £26-28K

Location: Haywards Heath, West Sussex - parking onsite

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Finance & Data Support duties:
* Scheduling the healthcare teams appointments / meetings - sending out email confirmations
* Liaise with clients / insurers regarding customer treatment
* Monitoring the payment procedure
* Raising invoices and credit notes
* Handling any payment or credit control - invoice queries
* Gaining approval on expenses on business debit/credit card
* Data reporting, including; tracking, financial reporting and forecasting
* Scheduling the healthcare workforce, dealing with queries
Skills and experience:
* Experience of working in a similar varied support role, ideally from a healthcare or medical sector
* Knowledge and experience of invoicing and payment processes
* Excellent customer service skills
* Flexible, willing to learn and enjoys a varied role
