Responsibilities:
* Process and code weekly purchase invoices and orders
* Maintain and reconcile intercompany accounts monthly
* Manage invoice payment process
* Input and allocate cash receipts appropriately
* Ensure timely submission of corporate credit card and expense claims
* Review and process expense claims
* Address invoice, payment, credit card, and expense queries
* Support debt collection efforts
* Perform general administrative tasks and team support
Requirements:
* Strong academic background
* Finance Degree Preferred (1st / 2:1)
* 0-1 years industry experience
* Basic Excel proficiency
* Ability to meet tight deadlines
* Interest in media
* Excellent communication skills, with a positive and tenacious attitude
