Duties as Bodyshop Estimator will include:
 

* Providing accurate and competitive repair cost estimates.
* Coordinating with insurance companies and engineers maintaining good working relationships.
* Collaborating with Parts department on orders and keeping customers informed about availability and schedules.
* Conducting a thorough handover of vehicles.
* Addressing customer complaints effectively, involving management when necessary.
* Following up on previous estimates and recording the outcomes.
* Maintaining an accurate and organised filing system.
 
Preferred Requirements: * Prior experience in providing accurate cost estimates for repair work
* Capability to liaising with insurance companies and engineers effectively
* Familiarity with vehicle imaging and computer-based estimates
* A confident and polite approach to customer interaction 
* Recognise the importance of service 
* Strong IT skills 
 
In return you will achieve a salary offering between £32,000 - £36,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Alongside your salary you will be entitled to a rewarding benefits package, plus the opportunity to undertake further industry qualifications.
