Commercial Finance Manager - Fashion Business - London
Location: London
Salary: up to £85,000 + 20% discretionary bonus
Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the office
Are you a seasoned accountant with a flair for commercial finance? Do you dream of combining your financial expertise with a passion for fashion? We have the perfect role for you at one of London’s most iconic fashion brands. You will sit in a large commercial finance team of circa 20 people and interact with different areas of the business.
Position: Commercial Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to support strategic business decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and commercial guidance.
* Analyze market trends and business performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Strong commercial finance experience in industry, with significant PQE
* Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
