Claims Operations Manager - Insurance
London - Hybrid working
Salary up to £90,000 (DOE)
We are delighted to be supporting our client in their search for an experienced Claims Operations professional. You would be joining a successful and modern Lloyd’s MGA with a flexible and progressive culture.
This role reports into the Head of Technical Operations with management responsibilities of two members of the team and a smaller team supporting outsourced service providers.
You will take ownership for managing the non-technical aspects of the function, including monitoring performance and reporting to ensure that claims data is maintained to a consistently high standard.
Key requirements:
* Relevant experience within a Claims Operations function
* Strong understanding of Lloyds market practices
* Ability to lead, motivate and coach a team
