Events Coordinator – Financial Services
£38,000 - £42,000
City – hybrid

A fantastic opportunity to join an established Financial Services firm coordinating a range of internal and external events, both face to face and virtual. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years proven experience coordinating events within a corporate office environment.

You will work with the Head of Events to coordinate logistics, manage event enquiries, and ensure the smooth running of all events ranging from small client events, conferences, seminars and more.

The Role:
* Support the Head of Events with organising internal and external events, including all logistics
* Handle a range of enquiries relating to events
* Coordinate quarterly zoom webinars
* Monitor and record acceptances/declines for event RSVP’s
* Source venues and suppliers for external events
* Attend events and interact with a range of clients at all levels
* Produce email invitations and letters via Mailchimp
* Order catering for in-house events and liaise with Facilities to ensure that room requirements are fulfilled e.g. technical equipment
* Maintain the events page on the website and create content
* Work with external design agencies for brochures and other event materials

Essential requirements:
* 2+ years’ experience as an Events Coordinator, ideally within professional or financial services
* Proficient in MS office and Zoom
* Experience with virtual and physical events
* Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to deliver multiple projects in a timely manner
* Highly motivated, flexible and creative to achieve results through common sense
* Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative
* A flexible, adaptable, calm under pressure approach is essential
* Willingness to be a team player and the ability to interact with partners, relationships managers and clients
