Job Description:
I am currently looking for customer focused individuals to join the customer solutions team of this growing organisation based in Leeds. This is an ideal role if you are experienced in customer service and are looking for a role that offers a fantastic working environment along with excellent career development. Previous experience in a telephone based customer service role is essential.
My client is offering an excellent bonus package along with hybrid working and the opportunity for career development.
This role has a basic starting salary with a salary progression scheme up to £30,000 basic. There is also very generous bonus structure which is set with achievable KPI’s.
This is a busy role where you will be responsible for dealing with both inbound and outbound customer calls, therefore excellent communication skills are a must!
The role consists of handling a mixture of Inbound and Outbound customer calls. You will be talking to potential clients about their interest in Equity Release, Pensions or Mortgages. Once you feel the customer is engaged in the relevant product, you will use our conversational tool to qualify them and pass them to one of our advisors.
