Job Description:
Client Director
Coventry (Hybrid)
£50,000- £60, 000
THE COMPANY:
* Join a market research agency, supporting on their brand team.
THE ROLE:
As the Client Director, you will:
* Balance your time between speaking with clients, understanding their challenges, delivering insights and presenting back to them
* Talk through research - questionnaires, delivering advice on how to take results and deliver those to the business
* Coach and work with internal teams, collaborating with Senior Execs and Client Execs
* Delivering brand insights and ad hoc answers to clients
* Look at survey data
* Craft a storyline and present back to clients
* Look through data and use Excel for data mining
* Look at brand tracking, brand health, brand equity etc.
YOUR SKILLS:
* Strong insights professional
* Agency experience
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Good data analysis
* Curiosity about marketing and brand management
* Experience presenting to insights teams
