Job Purpose *Oversee the management of the firm, acting as the lynchpin for the finance function
*Preparation of Management Accounts on a monthly basis
*Monitor KPIs and produce other financial reports
*Ensure compliance across the portfolio, including with the ICAEW
*Support staff across all offices with commercial matters
*Oversee systems and processes, IT, and HR
*Manage contracts with suppliers, including negotiating and onboarding
*Responsible for direct debit collections and credit control
*Manage expenses and disbursement across the firm
*Support with the preparation and submission of VAT returns

Job Requirements *ACA/CA/ACCA or CIMA qualified
*Recent experience in UK practice
*Strong working knowledge of Xero software
*Good communication skills, both written and verbally
*Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
*A can-do attitude to problem-solving
*Self-motivated with managing your own workload
*A team player, able to mentor and manager other team members
