Your new role
Will consist of;
* Manage examination staff and adapt to changing procedures.
* Develop new systems and processes as needed.
* Ensure correct student registration and support for special arrangements.
* Inform students about exam dates, times, venues, and results.
* Advise staff on changes in awarding organisation requirements and policies.
* Train staff and invigilators to comply with requirements.
* Ensure exam accommodations and seating plans are appropriate.
* Inform students of their rights to result enquiries.
* Collaborate with the Quality department on exam statistics.
* Ensure timely result reporting for vocational programs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the management system.
* Train staff on the exams management information system.
* Link qualification codes correctly in the system.
* Develop automated exam entry and result reporting systems.
* Attend meetings and conferences as needed.
* Collect exam fees and verify invoices.

What you’ll need to succeed

* Manage examination staff and adapt to changes.
* Develop and implement new systems and processes.
* Ensure accurate student registration and support for special arrangements.
* Communicate exam details and results clearly to students.
* Train staff and invigilators for compliance and maintain accurate data.
* Use technology to streamline operations and ensure sufficient resources.

This role is for September start and will require an Enhanced DBS. The school are open to discuss full time (52 week contract) or term time + ’weeks’.
