Idex are working on behalf of an independent Lloyds Broker to place an experienced Project Manager into the business on a contract basis.

You will be playing a pivotal part to this firm during a period of modernisation and transformation. This role is very much a business transformation, solution development, software enhancement and software pipeline Project Management role.
The ideal candidate is someone who is keen to get into the detail and challenges, assumptions and solutions to ensure efficiencies and benefits for the business are maximised. This role is suited to someone who is prepared to get involved with the solution details to ensure the most appropriate solution is designed and delivered across all divisions within the business.
The role requires someone who is extremely organised, personable and have a keen attention to detail. A self-starter who is comfortable working in a small dynamic company and thrives in an entrepreneurial organisation, rolling up their sleeves and getting things done to a high standard of quality.
What we need from you;
* Experience delivering projects within the Insurance sector and software development environments.
* Demonstrated ability to drive significant change by building cost effective digital services that meet consumer needs or solve business problems.
* Prior experience in Insurance and ideally Lloyd’s market.
* Experience with small, entrepreneurial, start-up companies.
* Experience of meeting the standards of large, highly regulated organisations.
