The opportunity is within their London team which is involved in high profile luxury projects across the hospitality and residential sectors. Description
As the Technical Coordinator your key responsibilities will be:
- To coordinate the drafting of shop drawings from the concept designs
- Engage closely with the interior design team to ensure the project is delivered in line with design
- Oversee quality during the manufacturing process (visits to the production site in Italy will be required)
- Coordinate the handover of the project to the site team for installation
Profile
A successful Technical Coordinator should have:
* A design background (architecture, engineering, or interior design)
* Experience of FF&E design, ideally with technical drawing experience for free standing furniture and joinery
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with varying levels of stakeholders
* Italian language fluency
