HR Business Partner * Job Type: Full-time
* Location: Surrey
* Salary: £60,000
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our team and act as a key interface between HR and specific departments within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and proactively supporting the implementation of people strategies, programmes, and policies that support our organisational ambition. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in various HR disciplines, including Learning and Development, Employment Law, TUPE, Talent Management, Organisational Design, and Employee Relations.
Day to Day of the role: * Work in partnership with designated client groups to understand key business drivers and needs, developing a thorough understanding of business and people plans.
* Provide advice on complex employment law issues and support managers in HR matters, ensuring compliance with processes, procedures, and policies.
* Support local leadership teams in the creation and delivery of a local L&D plan, identifying and developing talent through structured people processes.
* Act as a point of contact for leadership teams on HR matters, supporting the delivery of people-related internal communications.
* Implement organisational change confidently, supporting locations through changes and transformations, and developing a culture of change.
* Take ownership of key business projects such as engagement surveys, leadership programmes, and apprenticeship levy use, ensuring delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Demonstrated ability to build personal credibility and trust within the organisation, contributing proactively to organisational success.
* Experience as a change agent, making organisational change happen.
* Experience in coaching and consulting stakeholders at a senior level with a collaborative and supportive style.
* Proven project management skills and experience.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and generalist HR practices and procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate standard excluding Access).
* Ideally educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
