Job Description:
Our client, a well-established independent Estate Agency is looking for a Sales Manager to join their expanding team in Birmingham.
As a Sales Manager you will be a vital part of the Sales team, driving business forward and helping the team strive for KPIs.
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager:
* Up to £30,000 basic
* £45,000 OTE
* Parking at office
* Career progression
Working hours of a Sales Manager:
* Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5.30pm
* 1 in 2 Saturdays 9.30am – 4.30pm
Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Manager role, you must have the following:
* At least 2 Years’ experience in Property Sales
* Full UK driver’s license
* Highly organized
* Proactive and outgoing
* Driven and hungry for success
Key tasks of a Sales Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
* Marketing and promoting properties for sale
* Monitoring sales as they proceed and assisting where necessary with the after sales department
* Keeping up to date with market trends in the local residential property market
* Going out and winning new instructions
* Carrying out market valuations
* Assisting with the management of the team
