Job Description:
Management Accountant – Louth – up to £40,000

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and to support the company’s growth. This close-knit FMCG business is in need of an experienced Management Accountant who can hit the ground running. Using your experience and initiative to develop processes and procedures, analysing financial data to support the profitability.

Management Accountant Responsibilities:
* Producing the Management Account packs
* Management of site financials
* Reporting to the management team on variance analysis
* Assisting with the Budgeting and Forecasting
* KPI reporting including Yield, Stock Control, Cashflow
* Flash reporting
* Business partnering with production management to understand variances
* Cost analysis
* Cash flow management
* Ad-hoc duties throughout the month

Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong communication skills to both financial and non-financial staff
* Experience within FMCG or Manufacturing is necessary
* Experience within a Management Accounting role
