Job Description:

You will be joining a vibrant team of 7 working as a Client Service Support. In this role, your main goal will be of a credit controller by staying in proactive contact with managing agents and promptly resolving any queries. We are looking for driven and resilient professionals who are open to being trained in credit control.
This position is based in Chichester and allows hybrid flexibility where you will be working 2 days from home and 3 days in the office, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
We’re seeking someone detail-oriented who is a great communicator, and a quick learner. Your responsibility includes but is not limited to-
* Supporting all credit control activities.
* Coordinating a diary system for chasing debt.
* Maintain proactive contact with managing agents via phone and email to obtain payment by the due date.
* Identify, record, and follow up on any managing agent queries, collaborating with internal colleagues to ensure prompt resolution.
* Produce debtors’ reports and present results as scheduled.
* Escalate problem properties to the client for their assistance, if necessary.

* Proven experience in an office environment, an ideal exposure to financial services or sales.
* Clear and convincing communication skills
* Resilience
* Strong MS Suite skills, especially MS Excel
* Well-presented and articulated drafting skills
