New part time role based in London.
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a UK based Healthcare provider as they look to recruit for a Part time, temporary, Employee Relations Specialist.
The salary for this role will be up to £50k FTE, depending on experience.
Employee Relations Specialist:
* Act as a hands-on lead for ER queries and provide a professional advisory service which delivers effective management and solutions for ER issues.
* You will need to monitor and report case load progress alongside supporting the HR function on any other HR projects as needed.
* Provide comprehensive support to the Head of HR on all Employee Related matters.
* Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees for ER related issues.
Experience required:
* CIPD L5 or above, essential.
* Proven experience working in the Healthcare sector, desirable.
* At least 2-3 years’ experience working as a Employee Relations or possess extensive experience in ER case management.
* Strong Employee Relations experience and up to date UK Employment Legislation knowledge.
* The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* A ’hands on’ approach to coaching and supporting managers
* Proactive, organised and able to work flexibly in order to achieve deadlines
* The ability and drive to deliver results at pace
* Excellent solution focused problem-solving skills,
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work under own initiative
