Sales/Customer Service Administrator
Location: Chessington
Salary: £23000 - £25000pa
Full time: 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday) + optional overtime during busy periods
Overview
My client, a very well-established and successful business based in Chessington are looking for someone to join their existing Sales Admin department. They are a busy, friendly and supportive team who are the first point of contact, providing a high level of customer service at all times.
This role will suit someone who:
Is a team player
Is willing to learn
Has a can-do attitude
Has an up-beat personality
Has a great telephone manner
You must have previous customer service experience however my client is open to looking at applicants from various different background (office, retail, hospitality etc).
You must have a good command of the English language, be numerate and IT literate.
The Role
To liaise with customers via telephone, email and occasionally face to face
Assist customers with product knowledge (full training provided)
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues
Inputting data into the in-house database (full training provided)
Provide and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times
