Overview - Customer Relations Administrator
Our client is currently seeking an Administrator to work in their friendly and successful team where you will act as the first point of contact dealing with a range of administrative tasks supporting the complaints department to a high standard of quality, addressing queries with customers and clients. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a busy but varied environment, and has good attention to detail.
The role - Customer Relations Administrator
Within this role duties will include:
* Managing the customer relations inbox.
* Effectively manage contact from internal and external stakeholders.
* Addressing administrative and customer queries.
* Use of Word and Excel on a daily basis.
* Provide day to day administrative support including triaging, logging and closing complaints
* Attend meetings when required.
The ideal candidate - Customer Relations Administrator
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to be highly organised with previous Admin experience in a similar background. You must be able to multi-task and have a can-do attitude. It is vital that you are a strong communicator with the ability to problem solve and build relationships. Strong IT skills are essential as is the ability to take responsibility for your own workload.
