Job Description:
Monitoring Analyst | Specialty Insurer | London/WFH | £30 - 38,000 (doe)
Finitas are delighted to be working with a growing specialty insurer in their search for a Monitoring Analyst to join their team. This is a newly created role sitting in the Operations team where you will be:
* Managing the operations mailbox.
* Oversee the TOBA management process.
* Delivery on the quality monitoring framework.
* Coordinating and overseeing external coverholder.
* Collecting MI from the appointed representatives in line with their AR monitoring policy.
Experience required:
* Minimum 1 years compliance experience.
* Experience of working within an insurance broker, MGA or Lloyd’s broker.
* A good understanding of the FCA requirements.
* IT literacy in Excel and Word.
Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days per week.
This is the perfect role for someone looking to leverage on their compliance experience and be part of a growing business. This is also ongoing training and development available.
