Are you an experienced Head of HR seeking a new challenge?
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a UK based Healthcare provider as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, Head of HR
The salary for this role will be up to £65k, depending on experience.
Head of HR:
Responsibilities include:
* This will be an operational and strategic role that will cover the full employee lifecycle and provide comprehensive support to managers on all HR and ER matters.
* Oversee the monthly payroll and liaise with external payroll provider.
* Have oversight of the full recruitment cycle.
* Oversee learning and development across the business for all mandatory and optional training.
* Ensure that all Employee Relations matters are addressed and resolved in accordance with employment law, government guidelines and legal partners.
* Take an active lead with HR initiatives and projects.
* The Head of HR will manage a small people team.
* This will be a senior manager role that will attend operations meeting to address strategic developments.
Experience required:
* Proven experience working in the Healthcare sector, essential.
* CIPD L5 or above, essential.
* Solid organisational skills.
* Possess previous experience managing a small team of HR professionals.
* At least 2 years’ experience working as a Head of HR or equivalent.
* Posses a true HR generalist knowledge and understanding of HR and associated processes.
