Description
The Training Manager will be responsible for:
* Conducting training sessions for internal employees
* Provide training and solutions to the customers’ trainers
* Developing and implementing training materials and programs.
* Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
* Managing and maintaining training records.
* Advising on training and development strategies for the logistics department.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Profile
A successful Training Manager should have:
* Relevant educational qualifications in plant or heavy machinery hire.
* Proven success as a training manager.
* Strong knowledge of training processes and industry regulations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Previous customer engaging roles.
* Ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
* Capability to assess the effectiveness of training and development programs.
* Logistics distribution and supply chain knowledge
Job Offer
* Salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
* A company vehicle and fuel card.
* Monday - Friday with autonomy in relation to the hours
