Job Description:
Customer Care Manager| Permanent contract | North East Leeds | £30,000 - £40,000 + Benefits  

Castlefield are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to grow and develop a driven customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with excellent management experience to join their team on a permanent basis.
Role;
* Overseeing the customer service team, ensuring performance and targets are kept to high standards
* Ensure team is performing excellent customer service through every customer interaction 
* Implement pro-active customer contact to build customer relationships, to help drive for new business.
* To have detailed knowledge of company policies and procedures across a range of disciplines to ensure that customer contacts receive the correct advice, are escalated when necessary
Person;
* Have experience in Customer Service team leader/ management
* Be comfortable working with various internal and external teams and stakeholders
* Confidence to deal with a range of people on a day to day basis
