This will be covering the Manufacturing & Logistics markets.
Key responsibilities include:
Win new Business, Sales, Business Development, Support & Coaching, Client Management, & Operations.
Working closely with the Branch Manager to develop strategic plans together to achieve branch and regional sales targets.
Supporting existing client relationships and National accounts ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered.
Ensure any escalations that you are made aware of are dealt with promptly and that you’re engaging the right stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and coaching to consultants, supporting their sales activities and ops metrics expectations.
Hold regular meetings with recruitment consultants to review progress, set objectives, and offer feedback with branch manager direction.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance consultants’ skills in sales, client management, and industry knowledge.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Manufacturing and Logistics industry. Will welcome Industrial background.
You must LOVE sales, this is a pure win new business position. Making client visits and meeting stakeholders. Must come from a recruitment sales background.
FAST TRACK TO MANAGEMENT.
Important you have a valid driving license and willing to travel in the Falkirk region.
Must be able to drive.
