The Key Client Account Director is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of public sector contracts, ensuring compliance with all the terms and conditions, and maintaining positive client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of public sector contracts.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as a senior point of contact for public sector contracts
* Achieve 100% compliance with all contract terms and conditions
* Drive continuous improvement in contract performance and client satisfaction
* Provide strategic project and account leadership
* Ensuring client satisfaction and developing long-term relationships
* Understand the client needs and objectives to provide strategic solutions
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with the contract
* Daily communication with key stakeholders and clients
* Coordination with internal teams to monitor progress, resolve issues and deliver project milestones
* Preparation and review of project reports and budgets
* Represent the company at client meetings and related conferences
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, contract changes and project developments
