Crypto Business Development Manager – The Role:
Trust Payments is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing Direct Sales team.
This role is centred around new business, with a particular focus on profitability from self-generated relationships in the Crypto vertical. The successful applicant will be able to learn about our core + value added proposition, applying our solutions to solve customer problems.
Proven historic sales success is desired, and we would welcome applicants that have experience in successfully engaging with prospects in our primary vertical industries such as EU regulated Crypto Exchanges, wallets and cryptocurrency trading platforms.
Crypto Business Development Manager – Key Duties:
- Seek new prospective EU and UK licensed crypto merchants and introducers proactively, promoting the benefits of Trust Payments range of products and services
- Identify key difficulties for merchants and partners, then solve these problems by applying the correct range of products and services, while sustaining profitable terms
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with full assistance available from Line Manager, Department Director and Pricing Manager should sign-off be required
- Manage the onboarding and aftercare of your new customers, until ready to be migrated to an Account Manager
- Maintain your introducer relationships by building relationships and growing their portfolio of introduced merchants
- Regularly update our CRM system for the purpose of accurate reporting, forecasting and pipeline management
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to create a value proposition for Trust products and solutions for crypto vertical
- Represent our business at trade events where required
Crypto Business Development Manager – You:
- Self-generated business development of customers or introducers
- Track record of building relationships and network with but not limited to Crypto Exchanges, wallets and crypto trading marketplaces
- Firm and committed individuals, with a competitive approach to meeting and exceeding goals
- Collaborative within an immediate and wider group, with a warm approach to teamwork
