SENIOR INSIGHT MANAGER - CLIENTSIDE
UP TO £60,000
REMOTE (LONDON OFFICE)
Harnham is exclusively working with a global membership organisation, seeking a proactive, insightful, and results-driven Senior Insight Manager to play a crucial role in their success.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Insight Manager will have the following responsibilities:
* Lead the design and execution of global member, affiliate, and employer surveys. Analyze and report on findings to provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience and achieve KPIs.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges. Offer expert advice and tailored research solutions.
* Create and manage comprehensive research activities using both quantitative and qualitative methods, user experience research, and pop-up surveys.
* Enhance our research capabilities by integrating the latest AI technologies.
* Conduct thorough analysis of research data, combining internal data, UX insights, industry trends, and local market insights to provide a holistic view of our customers.
* Clearly present research findings and strategic recommendations to various audiences, including senior leadership.
* Act as the voice of the customer in steering groups and communities focused on customer satisfaction.
* Supervise research projects conducted by Analysts, ensuring high standards and adherence to best practices.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Significant experience in a client-side insights role
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
* Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and user experience (UX)
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting and summarizing diverse data sources into clear business insights
* Experience with online research panels/communities across various markets
* Proven ability to drive improvements through insights
* Integrity and commitment to market research best practices
* Proficiency with customer experience tools and data analysis software (e.g., Forsta, Qualtrix, Lookback, HotJar, SPSS, Q, Adobe Analytics)
* Experience in the education/learning sector is a plus
