About the Administrator Role:
You’ll be working closely with the Guardian Manager, providing key administrative support in the fast-paced world of property management. Your tasks will include:
* Creating and managing property guardian contracts
* Communicating directly with guardians via various platforms
* Calculating and processing rent payments
* Maintaining accurate and confidential data within our systems
* Arranging key collections and acting as a point of contact for guardians
* Following up with viewers and providing feedback to the Guardian Manager
