Job Description:
Lead Devops Engineer - Azure - SaaS company - Remote (UK) - £85k + package
Lead DevOps Engineer, with strong Azure skills, is required by aleading SaaS company to lead their growing platform engineering team
The Role:
This role revolves around constructing/implementing infrastructure to support the development of features across the company’s cloud software. You will work directly with Scrum Masters, Security Engineers, and developers.
About you:
* Strong Lead DevOps / Platform Engineer experience
* Cloud Knowledge – Azure
* Terraform and Kubernetes
* EKS
* CI
* Able to code in OO language, ideally C# or Python
* Experience with databases – MySQL, PostgreSQL
* Able to work in agile environment
* Carry out pragmatic DevOps road-map, for people, process and technology, which you will use to drive action and manage expectations
* Support engineering teams with reviewing code, designing and deploying projects
In terms of office location, this is a remote role for anyone based in the UK
This fantastic opportunity offers a base salary between £80k- £85k + package
