Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
* Handling renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Providing expert advice on a range of commercial insurance products, tailored to the clients’ specific requirements.
* Assisting with claims handling and providing support throughout the claims process.
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Continuously developing knowledge of the insurance market and emerging trends.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Account Handler within the commercial insurance sector.
* Strong commercial insurance knowledge and a thorough understanding of various insurance products.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
