Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Litigator?
Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
Our client is a specialist law firm with over 30 years’ experience within Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence and they’re currently looking for Litigation Executives to join their Clinical Negligence team.
If you’re passionate and possess strong experience in handling Clinical Negligence cases at all stages, then this could be the role for you. You’ll be joining a team who really care and are dedicated to dealing with the highest severity of injuries.
Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims from inception to trial
* Communicating with clients, solicitors, experts, third parties and any other party
* Ability to work to deadlines, timescales and achieve KPI’s
* Working within a team and individually
* Drafting documents for court
* Collecting and collating medical records
* Dealing with all aspects of pre and post issue proceedings.
About You:
* Experience handling Clinical Negligence cases at all stages, including trial
* Ideally, you’ll be a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced litigator
* Excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships
* Proven legal and forensic skills
* Good research skills
* Attention to detail
* Keen analytical skills
* Strong client care skills
