Quality Assurance Inspector + £28k + Permanent + 25 days holiday (plus BH) + Day shift
The Quality Inspector is part of a progressive HSEQ team the Quality Assurance Inspector role requires an objective and practical approach.
This position is located in Droitwich Spa.
In addition to annual initiatives, the key accountabilities of this position are:
QUALITY
* In-process inspections, after each workflow is complete, ensuring compliance to Engineering print & Engineering Standards.
* Driving methodical change management by driving Non-conformance reporting, route cause analysis and corrective action management.
* championing continual improvement activities throughout the business including leadership in Risk Management and Quality Control activities.
* Observing Heath & Safety in factory & office and providing feedback to manager on potential issues / concerns
* Identifying areas for system improvement. Including new techniques, approaches, and technologies
* Establishing information and key measures for system performance and reporting needs.
* Maintaining oversight to ensure compliance activities are conducted thoroughly and routinely.
Role Requirements * Quality Assurance experienced gained in manufacturing, project management, or engineering environment.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to impart information to colleagues.
* Good IT skills, particularly producing high standard of documentation, data analysis and report production
* Project Management skills highly desirable.
