Job Purpose *Supporting a varied client portfolio, working closely with senior accountants to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
*Preparation of management information
*Preparation of VAT returns
*Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and companies
*Preparation of corporation tax returns
*Overseeing bank and other balance sheet reconciliations
*Using cloud-based accounting software for bookkeeping
*Liaising with clients, building strong rapport and proactively handling queries
*Championing your own professional development, enthusiastically undertaking training opportunities

Job Requirements *ACCA / ACA / ATT qualified, part-qualified or studying
*Qualified by experience also considered
*Audit experience is desirable, but not essential
*Good working knowledge of software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
*An enthusiastic team player who can also work autonomously
*A can-do attitude to problem-solving
*Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
