We are inviting applications for experienced temp bias recruitment consultants/senior consultants who are seeking a move within a temp bias sector. You would become the 4th member of the team and report to the Branch Manager, who leads by example. Together you will service all existing client requirents across Industrial and Driving. This is a very busy environment where no two days are the same. Whilst supported and ongoing training is provided you will need to hit the ground running in respect of blending a sales, servive and admin role and providing an essential and highly compliant solution with a first class service to all clients and candidates.
You should have strong geographical knowledge, temp bias process experience and know your pay/charge rates within the sector. Possessing good communication and organisational skills with the drive and passion to be proactive, driven and passionate within the role. You must be able to drive for client visits and carry yourself with confidence, a positive attitude and work within the company ethos and values.
Paying up to £30k basic and benefits inc 25 days holiday plus bonus and benefits, this is fab role offering a warm start and team environment.
