Lead Designer
Type of Position: Full Time (38.5 hours per week)/Part-Time considered. Monday to Thursday: 07:45 am to 16:15 pm. Friday: 07:45 am to 14:45 pm.
Remuneration: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (full-time), depending on experience
The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Designer who excels in developing visually captivating content across diverse marketing and design disciplines. The role focuses on achieving both performance and brand marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with our group of companies and departments to understand project requirements and ensure design solutions align with business goals and deadlines.
* Take ownership of the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and maintain high-quality standards.
* Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to keep our designs at the forefront of the field.
Experience:
* Degree qualified in design or related field.
* Proven experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating leadership and inspiration in design.
