Job Description:
Supply Chain/Operational Administrator
I am delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain/Operational Administrator to join my client, a leading company in the cutting-edge manufacturing industry. This varied role requires a resilient and adaptable individual, as the responsibilities will evolve to meet business needs.
You will be part of an innovative team with potential for growth and development as the business continues to expand. This role demands a confident administrator who can take initiative and complete tasks as required.

Roles and responsibilities:
* Provide key administrative support to ensure all departments run smoothly.
* Raise invoices.
* Liaise with suppliers to purchase required stock, track deliveries, and process orders.
* Raise purchase orders.
* Compile supply reports, including tracking shipments to ensure timely deliveries and monitoring stock levels.
* Plan delivery timetables.
* Ensure suppliers have sufficient stock to meet business demands and monitor stock levels.
* Oversee the ordering and packaging process.
* Track products through depots to ensure they arrive at their destination.
* Oversee the arrival of shipments.

The successful candidate will have:
* Knowledge of supply chain and operational administration
* High competency in MS Office
* Previous administration experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence and self-sufficiency
* Strong organisational skills

* Holidays: 28 days, with an additional day’s holiday for each completed year of service, up to a maximum of 33 days.
