Idex have been retained by a leading independent broker based in London, with a global presence who are keen to hire an experienced Financial Controller to their business.

The Financial Controller will lead and control the financial reporting across the Group, embedding strong financial controls, efficient financial processes, and informed insightful analysis to support the leadership team.

The successful candidate;
* A qualified Accountant - ACA, CIMA or ACCA.
* Have previous experience within the Insurance Industry.
* Good knowledge of FP&A processes.
* Experience managing month end close processes.
* An organised individual with a good understanding of what good looks like with the capabilities to communicate goals and objectives together with the drive to execute.
