As a dedicated Pastoral Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the social and emotional well-being of our primary school students. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to create a collaborative support network.
* Providing one-on-one and group support sessions to address emotional and behavioural needs.
* Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create tailored intervention plans.
* Implementing programs that promote positive behaviour, resilience, and mental well-being.
* Actively participating in team meetings and professional development activities.
