Retail Administrator | Luxury | Harrods | Up to £36,000

We are currently recruiting for a retail administrator for a luxury retailer. This iconic brand is known on a global scale and now looking for a boutique administrator to join one of their team in Harrods department store.
This retail administrator role will support in general administration of the store, ensuring everything back of house is running smoothly and all customer service tasks are followed up.
What we want in our new Retail Administrator:
* Management and follow up on customer service requests for the boutique
* Manage lead times for aftercare and repairs for customers
* To manage stock communication between stores for customer requests
* Ensure customer orders are on top of
* Great communication both verbally and written
