The Company: Medium sized NSI Gold accredited company specialising in the Fire protection industry are looking for an Operations Manager to work from their main office, with travel throughout the UK. The right candidate will have experience in a management background within the Fire protection industry
Package:
£40,000 - £45,000 Basic

Main Responsibilities:
Managing and supporting the office staff and field based engineers
Carrying out regular site visits to make sure work is being carried out to a high standard
Training and inducting all new and current staff
Recruiting office staff and field based engineers
Managing health and safety practices throughout the business
Ensuring all operations are consistently meeting their KPI’s
Creating and achieving yearly financial plans
3+ years’ experience in the Fire protection industry
Knowledge and experience:
3+ years’ experience in the Fire protection industry
Managing Fire protection engineers
Maintaining health and safety
Achieving KPI’s set out
Experience with either Fire Alarm, Fire Extinguishers & Anusl products is advantageous
