Job Description:
Onsite Resourcer & Recruitment Adminstrator - University of East London Onsite (Randstad)
We have an exciting vacancy for an onsite Resourcer to support our account at the University of East London, based at the Docklands and Stratford campuses. As the on-campus recruitment agency, Randstad will form an integrated and key part of the Careers & Student Enterprise service.
The Role:
* Supporting the end to end recruitment, onboarding and payment of the internal UEL Student Ambassador population
* Talent Pool building UEL students
* Be involved and attend onsite events and job fairs when necessary
* Support UEL under and post graduates to be ready for the world of work through CV workshops, interview coaching and mentoring
* Build relationships with UEL stakeholders & the hiring manager community
* Build and explore internal Randstad relationships with other divisions in order to ’talent pipeline’ UEL graduates into work
* Report completion to showcase SLA achievements on a monthly basis
* Monitor inbox & respond to queries
* Drive assignment extensions to support continued revenue stream
You will:
* Be trained to become a resourcer for our onsite recruitment team in the University.
* Working from the campus site 4 days per week in East London
* Be immersed in an extremely exciting organisation
* Work from home 1 day per week
* Be paid 25-28k + quarterly bonus (subject to KPI achievement)
