Your new company
Your new company is a leading law firm that specialises in entertainment, leisure and technology, offering legal advice and also commercial market knowledge. They are based in the West End of London and operate a 3:2 hybrid working policy.

Your new role
Your new role will be based in their finance department, joining a team of eight. Your duties will include:
* Generating invoices and credit notes.
* Corresponding with fee earners on un-billed WIP and WIP write-offs.
* Uploading invoices to a variety of e-billing platforms.
* Monitoring the shared billing inbox and handling queries appropriately.

What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of billing experience in an environment where clients are billed for a person’s time. WIP exposure would also be advantageous. You should have knowledge of UK VAT regulations and not be phased when liaising with senior members of staff.
